In the folds of the Sahyadris, where mist lingers over quiet hills and the Koyna River whispers through valleys, Patan awakened in a celebration of colour and spirit. The Dongri Mahotsav unfolded like a living canvas, echoing with the rhythms of dhol, the grace of Lavani, and the timeless stories of the land.
Nestled in the scenic landscapes of Patan, the Koyna Daulat Dongri Mahotsav 2026 emerged as a vibrant celebration of culture, nature, and community spirit. Organised from April 2–6, the festival transformed the quiet town in Satara district into a lively hub of tourism. Owing to overwhelming public response, it was extended until 9 April, with star performances by Mansi Naik, Avdhoot Gupte, and Folk Lok Group adding to the excitement.
